Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-14

Aria (the “Service”) is provided as-is by Tal Adari for personal and small-team productivity use. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Aria is

A web application and a local command-line tool that records your AI coding sessions, summarizes them, and surfaces them alongside tasks and meeting notes.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your credentials safe. Anyone with your sign-in credentials or connected-device tokens can act as you against the Service. Revoke immediately if leaked.
  • You are responsible for what you tell the agent to do on your machine. Aria records what happens. It does not vet the commands you authorize.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to process content you do not have the right to process, or to attempt to access other users data.

LLM output

Aria forwards your prompts and tool results to large-language-model providers and renders the response. Outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsafe. Treat them as suggestions, not authoritative statements, and verify before acting. This is especially important when the agent edits files or runs shell commands.

Availability

We make no uptime guarantees. The Service depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable when any of them is.

Service changes

We may change features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings › Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that threaten the integrity of the Service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” with no warranties. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or damage caused by code the agent wrote, edited, or executed at your direction.
